Bear & Chook

This touching story is about Bear and Chook, two very different but very good friends and their ambitions and dreams. The wise Chook would be happy just being an old chook when he grows up, but the mischievous Bear has more adventurous plans. One sunny day by the pond, Chook is drawn into Bear's imagination and zany future plans with disastrous yet amusing results.

Delightful illustrations ably support this humorous story of friendship and dreaming. The excellent use of repetition and interesting design features enhance enjoyment and understanding for the reader.
